What Memory Travel Does

Memory Travel is a mobile app that helps you:

• Store and organize photos
• Track expenses and budgets
• Get AI-powered travel insights
• Sync data across your devices

Your Account

To use Memory Travel:

• You must be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• You're responsible for all activity on your account

Acceptable Use

Please use Memory Travel responsibly. Don't:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Violate others' rights or privacy
• Try to hack or disrupt our service
• Use the app for commercial purposes without permission

Your Content

You own your journal entries, photos, and other content. By using Memory Travel, you give us permission to:

• Store and back up your content
• Display it within the app
• Process it to provide app features

This permission ends when you delete your content or account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Memory Travel offers Free, Pro, and Gold subscription tiers:

• Payments are processed through Apple App Store
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime through your device's app store settings
• Refunds follow App Store policies

Our Rights

Memory Travel owns the app, its design, and functionality. You can use it for personal purposes, but you can't:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Reverse engineer the app
• Use our trademarks without permission

Disclaimers

Memory Travel is provided "as is." We strive for accuracy and reliability, but can't guarantee:

• 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
• Accuracy of location, weather, or AI-generated content
• Complete security of data transmission

Liability Limits

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months. We're not liable for indirect damages like lost data or business opportunities.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend access if you violate these terms. When your account is deleted, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
