Is my data safe?

Yes. We use AES-256 encryption for all data at rest and in transit. Your data is stored on Firebase's secure cloud infrastructure. We do not sell your data or use third-party tracking.

Does Memory Travel work offline?

Yes. Journal entries and expense tracking work fully offline. Your data syncs automatically when you reconnect. AI features and flight tracking require an internet connection.

Can I export my travel data?

Yes. PRO and GOLD subscribers can export their entire travel journal in JSON, CSV, and PDF formats. Go to Settings > Data Export in the app.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's App Store settings. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your billing period.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are processed through Apple's App Store. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase you'd like to request a refund for.

What makes the AI different from other travel apps?

Unlike generic AI, Memory Travel's AI buddy reads YOUR journal entries. It knows where you've been, what you enjoyed, and gives personalized recommendations based on your actual travel history. Personal info is sanitized before reaching AI servers.
